rEFInd has been built and installed into /usr/lib64/refind
You will need to use the command 'refind-install' to install
the binaries into your EFI System Partition
refind-install requires additional packages to be fully functional:
  app-crypt/sbsigntools for binary signing for use with SecureBoot
  sys-boot/efibootmgr for writing to NVRAM
  sys-apps/gptfdisk for ESP management
